That’s because they’re prepared with a unique freeze-drying process that helps lock in the flavor and nutritional value of each recipe and treat until it’s served. To ensure the food and treats we produce meet the highest nutritional and safety standards, every batch is tested before it leaves our production facility.
Your Account
To log into your account, click the person icon at the top right corner of the main navigation bar, next to the cart icon. If you’re using a mobile device, tap the three stacked lines in the upper left corner, then scroll down and select “Account” located just below the blog section.
On the log-in screen, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Kindly ensure that all information is entered accurately.
You have successfully accessed your account, where you may efficiently view, edit, and manage your orders and subscriptions.
If you are unable to recall your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps. On the log-in screen, select “Forgot Password?” and enter your email address. You will then receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Should you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Experience team for support.
Subscribe to Save is a subscription service that automatically delivers your pet’s food on a schedule, so you never run out.
To start Subscribe to Save, make your product selection on olivepup.com, select 'Subscribe to Save,' pick the quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” Add any other products the same way, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and billing details to activate your Subscribe to Save subscription.
After completing your initial Subscribe to Save purchase, you will be prompted to establish an account if you have not yet done so. Once your account is created, you may log in to manage your Subscribe to Save orders as outlined below. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us by email at support@olivepup.com.
Yes, you can change or cancel your Subscribe to Save subscription anytime before the next shipment. Just log into Olivepup.com and go to "Orders" and select “Manage Subscription” to update, add, swap, skip, or cancel orders.
Customers who use Subscribe to Save get a 5% discount on every recipe ordered through the service.
Yes, you'll receive a notification three days before your order is charged, giving you time to make changes.
You can update your subscription frequency to adjust how often orders are shipped.
To change your next order's timing, go to “Orders” in your account where you'll find your subscription. If you want to change specific products, click ‘Manage Subscription’ under the item to see more choices – such as adjusting quantity, delivery schedule, swapping, or cancelling.
If your order hasn't been processed, you can delay it. Go to “Orders” in your account. On the "Manage Subscription" page, use the “Skip” button to skip your next order.
Shipping & Returns

Yes. You can enter this information when you set up your account profile.
Olive Pup products can only be shipped to the lower 48 states. No shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time.
If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we are pleased to offer a full refund or replacement for recipes or treats purchased through Olivepup.com.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Each customer may request a refund one time for a purchased product or request a replacement product. Email us at support@olivepup.com.
