Olive Pup Satisfaction Guarantee for Online Orders

Olive Pup offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee to both new and existing customers who want to try our pet food or explore new recipes. Our guarantee allows for the recommended transition period from your pet’s previous food to their new Olive Pup recipe, with additional time provided to contact us should you wish to initiate a refund or replacement. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we are pleased to offer a full refund or replacement for recipes or treats purchased through Olivepup.com.

Refund Process and Resellers

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and each customer may request a refund one time for a purchased product. To start this process, please email us at support@olivepup.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized reseller, please contact that reseller directly to arrange for a return or exchange according to their specific policies.

Shipping Policy

Orders over $49 are eligible for free economy shipping within the continental United States. For orders under $49, a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied. Currently, we ship exclusively to the continental United States and do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or international destinations.
